Hi. Disable rendering for all lights in the outliner and switch to the rendered preview to see how it actually is shaded. Also, create a plane to serve as the floor for the light to bounce off, in real life clothing is not lit from the bottom in everyday situations

The baking result looked the way it made sense for it to look with the current set up. Since you already adjusted viewport shading to be accurate and are unhappy with it, change the set up. In ts4 sims do not have light coming from under their feet 24/7, so it makes no sense for a garment to have overblown highlights there. Alternatively, bake ao.
