Adding swatches to Parenthood placemats

Hello everyone,

First of all, thank you to anyone who will take the time to read my question Much appreciated !

I've been lurking around for a long time and my modding experience is limited; I do however understand most of the basic concepts (at least I'd like to think so!)

I was annoyed by the ugly Parenthood placemats and thought I could add more. However, I am trying to have them show up under the "set table with" menu. It does not work.
I thought maybe it was not possible to add new options, and maybe all I can do is an override.

I searched over the internet a lot, trying to figure out if someone else had the same question, or if anyone was able to succeed in doing so, but so far I have not found anything regarding this. So I am unsure of what to do. From what I've been reading, I think I'll need to do script injection.
Since it is a debug item, I thought maybe changing the DevCategoryFlags would help, but it does not make sense to me.

My question is, would that be even possible ? To add a new menu, let's say;

"Set the table with:"

                - Formal
                - Casual
                - *New Category*
Or even something like:

"Set the table with:"
                 -Formal
                        - Stripes
                        - Dots
                        - *My new placemat design*


I hope it makes sense, if not feel free to let me know.
