Hi. You need to make the bottom of the blanket stay where it is. - in the uv editor enable sync and select the uv island of the bottom; - in 3d view press Shift H to isolate it; - select the part you want to stay in place and assign it to transformbone; - select everything with A and Mesh - Weights - Normalize all.

did you do this to the bottom of the duvet? it looks like the top On the second though, first delete all parts of the bottom of the duvet that arent visible, then assign the remaining ones to transformbone

The whole duvet moves, which exposes the sim underneath. To prevent that, you need to make the underside of the duvet stay in place. Most of that underside isnt even visible from any angle, meaning it is not needed - enable sync, select uvs of the underside, check which area of it is visible; - isolate with Shift H, with X-ray enabled, select the ones that arent visible, delete; - select the part that is meant to stay in place, assign to the transformbone; - normalize weights with Lock active enabled
And you should never use decimate on lod 0
