Hi. - clone a hat, export the blend, open; - in 3d view select the hat, hide it with the eye icon; - click on Filter and enable cursor; - expand the rig, make ears visible and selectable; - select them, Object - Duplicate objects, in 3d view press Esc to confirm; - select ears.001, Object - Parent - Clear and keep transforms; - hide the original ears; - with ears.001 selected, switch to Edit mode ( TAB ); _ select everything with A, Mesh - Merge - By distance; - enable X-ray, select vertices, move them with G; - click on the hidden meshgroup of the hat, check what cut number it has, then delete this meshgroup in the outliner; - give ears.001 the same cut, save, import back

Thank you so much! I've managed to miss something somewhere, though, because I keep coming out with part of the head mesh missing/invisible: Any ideas? I can share blend and package files if needed. I really appreciate the help!

Change all excludepartflags to 0, then make all maps blank, empty the diffuse manually

Okay, so now the head mesh looks normal. No more holes! But the new ear mesh doesn't show. I realized I still had the original ear mesh as well as the duplicated, sculpted one so I remade the package again after deleting that. I don't know if that was necessary, but it only added a little artifact along where the new edge of the tipped ear mesh would be. Here is the package file after making changes to maps and excludepartflags: Package Try 2And the package and changed blend files for after deleting the original ear mesh: Package Try 3Edited BlendOn a side note, I saw that in the warehouse tab on the left, I only have the CAS Part entry at the top and nothing else. I did Tools>Modding>Embed all externally referenced resources (CAS) and restarted S4S, but nothing changed. Not sure about this?
