iffff i remember well
on the tool bar on the top hit on tools>modding>fix slot rays (cas arm position) while your file is opened, save and it should fix the issue
if it doesn't work tho, try to remake your package file but use another reference (perhaps with a shirt that looks more like your mesh)

Hi. Make sure your package is contains one meshgroups per lod. When you start a package, filter the catalog by the same number of meshgroups. Unrelated issues: - never ever use decimate on lod0, it tore your uvs; - there are two color attributes, with the first one being wrong. Always transfer vertex paint instead of painting manually; - do not scale uv islands individually, it makes no sense for sleeves to be of better quality than the rest of the garment. Do this only with buttons, zippers, uvs of the geometry that covers holes, and the likes; - split sharp edges.
