Context: I'll be overexplaining my steps here because I'm new to Sims 4 Studio as well as to TS4. I was a pretty experienced TS3 modder, but this is my first time moving to The Sims 4, so I have no idea what I'm doing.
What mod is, and when the issues began: I was working on a mod which was working until the update just a few moments ago. I updated TS4 and now my mod crashes the game any time the modded object appears on screen. It is a default head replacement which was appearing both in game and in CAS with no issues (at least, no issues that I wasn't actively working on) until the update. Unfortunately, now I can no longer test the mod in game or work on it at all because of the immediate game crashes any time I attempt to load into anywhere a Sim's head would be visible. I'm not sure if there's something that needs to be done to mods every time TS4 updates?
What I was doing: I was dropping the package into the game, running the game, spotting issues, editing the package, placing it back in the game, running the game, and each time it was working. However suddenly TS4 decided to force a 12 gigabyte update, where it then showed me a text window saying it has disabled my mods, and told me they are possibly no longer compatible due to the update. I re-enabled mods, and now the game crashes. I'm at a loss here.
As the mod maker, how do I make the mod compatible with the new update? What am I meant to do in this circumstance?

Hi. Try this: - move your package out of Mods; - if you dont have blend files, export them from this package; - choose Override, click on CAS, find the head, Next, save in Mods; - import your blend files; - test in-game. If the issue persist, you have to remake the mod completely

Thank you for the response, I haven't been able to get one working again but I'll keep fiddling with it. Is there a way to keep track of when TS4 will release updates like this or is it just sort of random?
