How to fix shadow texture for build object

I was trying to follow this blender tutorial from YouTube and once I put the mesh into S4S and loaded it into the game, outlines of the shadows from the parts of the mesh I deleted started appearing. How do I delete these so that the pink perfume bottle is the only thing with a shadow?

I am not exactly sure how to upload the files to the forum but I'm willing to if needed
