Can't export poses

I've been using blender 2.70 for the last week and exporting is fine. But I recently came across Pose Helper by vyxated, so I downloaded Blender 3.3.4 (zip) so I could use it. When animating the pose it's still fine, but when I want to export it to s4s, it stays in T pose.

I select all the bones, highlight them, locrot and save keeping Rig_Adult blue in the outliner, but it doesn't work.

I even followed a tutorial to make sure everything is fine, but I still have the same problem. If anyone has any suggestions it would be very helpful.
