I don't know how else to describe it other than the shadow wobbles when the camera moves around, which is probably why I didn't get anything come up in the search bar. Is this normal or have I missed something?

The shadow lod from the original shelf does have glass parts in there as well, so yours should too. - open your lod 0; - delete the first two meshgroups with shadow planes; - join the last two into one; - give cut 0; - delete both uv maps; - in Edit mode select everything with A, click on Remove; - save as shadow lod 0, re-import
