I recently changed a backpack from the outfit category "Wrist (Left)" to "Back Attachment" in Sims4Studio. But now I can't seem to find the item in CAS at all when I load the game. It's not in the old category (Accessories - Bracelets), but it also doesn't seem to appear in any category now (but it still loads fine in S4S).
I'm clearly missing something in the process, but I'm not sure what.

Hi. Backpacks aren’t meant to be visible in CAS and don’t work like other CAS items, it’s best to not do this

It seems to work fine when I change it to the "Hat" outfit type. But it's sad that I have to sacrifice the character wearing a hat then to use the bag. Do things in "Back Attachment" just not work in CAS?

As you know, all CAS items use the same uv space, divided into areas by category. All but backpack attachment (specifically those baby carriers). This category is mean to use external textures that appear only in live mode. These textures don’t appear in CAS, hence not a good idea to choose this path for something that you actually want to see in CAS.
