Would be faster to go back to MD and make sleeves tighter in the armpit area than edit weights, this is how it should be. No matter how loose the garment is, the sleeves are always tight

Your sleeves are not loose enough to go through the trouble of doing it that way, it will take longer than weight edit or tightening of sleeves
