Emissions confusing, so can somebody finish my vampire eyes?

Wanted to make eyes for Heartless (from KH), but emission files just come up as blank and I don't know what I'm looking for, and the tutorials I found didn't seem to mention that...? So I don't know what eye emissions look like, and I assume I'd just be drawing a circle somewhere, or something? Buuut... I could also just ask someone else to do it, since it's probably quick and easy for people who know what they're doing. So can you just take my texture files (or just the package file?) and make them glow? (I was replacing the glowing yellow vampire eyes, but they don't need to be default or anything)
