[Modding Request] Adding Boots to CAS (Resources Included)

This is a pretty big request, so paying someone through PayPal isn't out of the question! You don't know how much I need this. 

I've gotten my hands on some ripped character models from a recent game! I'd like to take this character's boots, and put 'em into The Sims!

I've compressed a folder called "Resources" into a .ZIP file. It contains...

• ...Quiet's character model. Her boots are separate from all the other bits and pieces, which should make them easy to remove.
• ...a bunch of Photoshop files (like the diffuse, bump...) that have something to do with the boots. (You probably don't need all of them, but just in case, I'm including them anyway).
