[Modding Request] Someone to convert SIMS3 hairs to SIMS4?

I have one certain hair that I REALLY want, and it's been converted by someone named Brownieswifesims before, but her tumblr is gone and I have no idea where I could possibly contact her for the file she created. So I figured I would post here.
I'm looking for Newsea's Diamond Candy J045 to be converted to SIMS4 as my TOP priority.
There are a few other hairs from the Sims 3 that I wanted to be converted as well, but I don't NEED them. I only really need Diamond Candy to be converted.

Also, if anyone is looking to do something a bit more difficult, I am definitely looking for someone to convert Lightning's hair from Final Fantasy XIII to SIMS4 as well. I know that people have ported her hair from the game and you can download it online. I have one render of her hair downloaded on my PC as well, but I don't know how to make it work for the sims, because I'm not good at modding at all. If anyone can help me with this specific project alone, that would be fantastic.
