Help! CC not showing in game

Hello ...

I have recently had to uninstall and delete all of my game files, including uninstall Origin.  Now that I've reinstalled everything, some custom content shows up in my game and some does not.  I'm not really sure what to do here.  I've tried the "repair game" on Origin & still no luck .... Any ideas, suggestions, answers are truly appreciated!!  Plus I want my CC back
