Half-Dead?

Okay, this might be a bit of a task, so I totally get if no one wants to try to take it on. That said, I'd be remiss if I didn't at least ask and see. I was curious if someone could make a skin detail/overlay/face-paint/tattoo (or some combination thereof, skin detail would be awesome since it wouldn't need to be set on a per-outfit basis) that would make someone look half-dead.

I wouldn't expect it to be something super detailed, and I'd be happy with just something like a face-paint job, like this:




Or even just a skin overlay that makes a person half-blue/black (or if someone wants to keep going with it, a large spectrum of colors, I imagine once the template for the overlay itself is in place, adding colors wouldn't be the hard part, but I'd be happy with just blue-black).

I'd also prefer if the 'half-dead' side was the left side.
