Description:These OVERRIDE packages disables ALL EAxis body hair from appearing on randomly generated sims - Allow For Random DISABLED - and also disables them from automatically being applied to newly created CAS sims - DefaultForBodyType DISABLED. - This affects BOTH female and male sims.
- It DOES NOT remove body hair from pre-made sims or sims what had body hair before the mod was installed.
- It also DOES NOT automatically remove body hair from custom Tray sims or Gallery sims.
- It DOES NOT remove the body hair from CAS. You can still choose to apply it to your sims. It will simply never apply automatically or randomly.
There are FOUR packages available for download: - sej_CASOverride_BodyHair_AiO - contains ERRYTHANG! All body hair overrides and the bald facial hair override.
- sej_CASOverride_BodyHair_BG - contains ONLY the Base Game body hair overrides for simmers who don't have High School Years.
- sej_CASOverride_BodyHair_EP12 - contains ONLY the High School Years (EP12) body hair overrides.
- sej_CASOverride_FacialHair_BG - contains ONLY the Base Game bald facial hair override.
A little more in-depth:Disabling Allow For Random disallows the item from ever being applied randomly to newly created sims or randomly generated townies and NPCs. DefaultForBodyType flags tell the game that this specific item is to be be applied by default in this specific category and always applied whenever everything else is removed. That's how the CAS underwear works. By removing the DefaultForBodyType flag and X-ing off the corresponding BALD body hair and/or facial hair in CAS, we return to pre-HSY bodies. No body hair will ever visibly "grow" on your sim. Visibly? Yes, visibly. If you leave ENABLE HAIR GROWTH enabled (which is enabled by default) under these body hair and/or facial hair categories, your sim will be able to shave at various times even though no hair texture is ever applied to their body. Is weird, but fine if you simply want the mechanics of shaving for storytelling reasons without the actual hideous and horrendous, low-quality body hair. Outfit Safety:The flags changed by these OVERRIDES only affect whether or not these things are applied to sims randomly. Nothing is unlocked or re-categorized so everything here is Outfit Safety βοΈ GUARANTEED, baby!

β ββββ π Wearablesβ’ Hearing Aids!
βοΈ UPDATE NOTES 7/5/2024: - CCBriekel's Infant Hearing Aids have been rebuilt from the ground up. I decimated LOD 0 to make LOD 1, 2 and 3. Breikel's cover thumbnail remains intact and I've duplicated it to complete the thumbnail set.
- DELETE ALL OF THE OLD PACKAGES!
- The custom CASMenu featured in the screenshots is not available yet, so you'll find the new ones in their "parent" categories: Face > Skin Details and Face Accessories > Piercings.
- SkinDetail Wearables use DimpleLeft and DimpleRight and will replace any custom items that use this OutfitType. EAxis has not used this OutfitType since creating it.
- Piercing Variants use LipRingLeft and LipRingRight and will replace any custom items that use this OutfitType. EAxis has not used this OutfitType since- deja vu?
- Wearables equip to all outfits. Variants are worn individually AND override Wearables. They're configured like this so you can equip a Wearable for all outfits then equip a Variant if you want a different color on a specific outfit. If you want different colors on every outfit, just wear the Variants.
- With the above in mind, there's a caveat. I did not configure these Variants to hide their Wearables, so wearing a Variant over a Wearable causes the Receiver Wire between the Microphone and the Speaker to lose it's transparency. This is because the texture is overlapping on top of itself. This was done intentionally because you may want to wear the Variants without the Wearables but with a different custom item that also uses the DimpleL/R OutfitType that the Wearables use. Get it? Great! Let's crack on!
- For Earring compatibility and to achieve independent Left and Right colors, UV Maps for these Hearing Aids have been modified to use RingIndex and RingMed Left and Right. Yes, FOUR Ring UV slots were cannibalized for this. I did not want to use Bracelets because they are more visible than Rings.
- With the above in mind, each of these Hearing Aids is configured with their appropriate ExcludeFlag to hide the Rings that their UV Map uses, which means you can still wear the Rings with the Hearing Aids but the rings will be invisible. Without the ExcludeFlags, textures would get screwed up on either the Rings or the Hearing Aids because one would override the other. Rings are tiny enough that their visibility is insignificant. With this configuration, you can still get your Crystal Creations ring buffs while wearing earring-compatible hearing aids.
- The single Left and Right Hearing Aid are now independent of each other. Left uses Dimple/LipRing Left and Right uses Dimple/LipRing Right. You can wear them together to achieve independent colors on each ear. <hip thrust> Piranha Gun! OH YES!
- I've flagged these for the Nude OutfitCategory. If this causes issues in Live, please let me know. I did this because I read some Hearing Aids can be worn in the shower and while swimming.

RELEASE NOTES: βοΈ Outfit Safety is β IMPOSSIBLE with custom Standalone items. βοΈ The Google Drive Folder contains individual .PACKAGE files for all items. These can be tossed into your Mods folder directly after downloading. Google Drive's batch download will give you a .ZIP archive that can be opened with Windows Explorer on Windows and Finder on Mac. Simply toss the extracted files into your Mods folder. 𧬠These are part of my "PERFECTION" collection. All resources are referenced with only the bare minimum embedded to achieve the smallest file size possible. In the future I may replace these "PERFECTION" files with traditional EMBEDDED files to remove the EAxis dependency for longevity. π I'm looking into making these Earring Compatible and doing Color Overlays. No promises but maybe some updates Soonβ’. I did some cheeky things to make this work that potentially limits how much I can expand on it, but I'm gonna try nevertheless. ANECDOTE:
I, like some other simmers assumed this was impossible, but while assisting a friend with their kid's Occult Eyes issue I stumbled upon something. That something resulted in Wearable Vampire Occult Eyes to band-aid my friend's yet unresolved issue and opened the door to Wearable Hearing Aids. These are Standalone clones of the EAxis Hearing Aid accessory for Toddler, Child and Teen+ converted to Body Medical Wearables. Equipping these on any given outfit equips them to all outfits automatically.
The downside of turning these things into Wearables is that you lose the ability to customize color per outfit. Essentially it functions like hair color; changing the color on one outfit changes the color for all outfits. I'm looking into Color Overlays but I can't promise anything.
These Wearables are configured to HIDE equipped earrings. You can still wear earrings with them but you won't visibly see the earrings. Hearing Aids use the same UV Space as earrings, meaning textures will go wonky if earrings are not hidden. I'd like to make these compatible with earrings. There's an issue with the way these Wearables were done that I need to resolve or workaround before I can do the necessary UV Map edits for earring compatibility.
These Wearables appear in CAS under Body > Medical Wearables in order of HearingAids, HearingAidL(eft), and HearingAidR(ight). I refined all Display Indexes. It's not hard to figure out which is which but I'm making a point to state it because I've released this with no custom thumbnails. I'd like to do a custom thumbnail but I might just embed EAxis' thumbnails. This mod wasn't planned and I've never had a custom "creator thumbnail" so I had none available for release, sorry. #WearablesTM #MedicalWearables #Standalone #QualityOfLife #QOL

EAxis DID NOT align these nails with Werewolf fingertips, they were aligned with Human fingertips. The result is the nails appear to float above Werewolf fingertips but look fine on Human fingertips.
It's an easy fix. However, fixing the alignment for Werewolves might mean the nails will then be too low for Humans, possibly clipping into the fingertips. I'll likely duplicate the nails as Standalone packages for Humans, fix the alignment for Werewolves, then flag all of them appropriately. #ThanksEAxis
βοΈ WEREWOLVES CAN HAVE NAIL POLISH TOO!:Maybe you didn't notice that Werewolves have custom fingernails and toenails and maybe you also didn't notice that Werewolf toenails have 16 swatches while Werewolf fingernails have a grand total of ONE swatch. I noticed.
π WHAT IT DO, PIKACHU + πΈ A MESSAGE TO FELLOW CREATORS:31 additional fingernail colors now appear after the "base" swatch. I referenced all 15 basic Solid swatch textures and all 16 Contrast swatch textures from the Base Game. The Specular Map is referenced from Werewolves. Werewolf fingernail meshes are... let's say "not standardized". To achieve L/R-mirrored fingernail colors with 5 independent colors, I modified each of the 8 LOD meshes to align them with the layout used for most fingernails including those from BG, fine-tuning UV placement with ContrastPride. These modified meshes are now compatible with any texture that uses the standard horizontal five-block layout. πΈ Go wild, but keep in mind my Deadlinesβ’ note above. Also, maybe link back. It's courteous.

βοΈ I ADORE THESE FINGERNAILS!They're the perfect length and the perfect curvature. These, along with others, were the fingernails that EAxis screwed up the RestrictOpposite flags on in an update that IIRC was meant to address both female and male nails showing for everysim. Instead of adding the appropriate RestrictOppositeFrame flags, they added RestrictOppositeGender flags. This was the catalyst for The Endgame. I was so pissed and it took months for them to fix their botched fix. Furthermore, ... I'm hungry, I'll finish this after noms. Noms were had but I forgot what I was gonna say. π DOES IT IRRITATE ANYONE ELSE...:... that we don't ever get new content swatch colors on older content nails? The 16 Contrast fingernail colors now appear after the 16 EAxis swatches. They've all been referenced from the Base Game. Like the Werewolf fingernails, these fingernail meshes aren't "standardized". βοΈ YOU KNEW THIS WAS COMING: Nothing was done for Infants because they have no EAxis fingernail colors. I might give them the basic Solid and Contrast colors for both fingernails and toenails in the future, or not. Does anyone want that?
Subsequently, I did the CASStnd Solid swatches for Toddlers because they already have the matching EAxis fingernail colors. Subsequently, I did the CASStnd Contrast recolors for Toddlers because they already have the matching EAxis fingernail colors. Same reasoning for Children.
Personally, I don't think makeup should be allowed around Infants or Toddlers. There's too much risk of ingestion. Children? Maybe with supervision so they don't snort it for the funsies. Yes, I'm bringing my RL rationality into this.
π I WANTED TO DO THESE AS SWATCHES...: ... but there's PartFlag issues with YF and YM PediColor that I've fixed in The Endgame. If I fixed the Swatch packages for The Endgame then there's gonna be issues for anyone who doesn't download The Endgame's BG fixes, so to avoid all of that nonsense, I just made them Standalone.
Four CASStnd packages are included here. They do five things. That math don't add up, I know. - *_CU_PediColor_ContrastPride.package adds Contrast recolors for BOTH Children and Toddlers.
- *_PU_PediColor_Solid.package adds Solid references for Toddlers.
- *_YF_PediColor_ContrastPride.package adds Contrast recolors for Female Teens and up.
- *_YM_PediColor_ContrastPride.package adds Contrast recolors for Male Teens and up.
The textures available for Children, YFemale and YMale all have slight variations, so I recolored one swatch from each of them with each of the Contrast swatch colors. Also, I split the blue and purple pinky finger colors between the pinky toes. Also also, the modded flags on Solid CU, YF, YM PediColors in my screenshots are due to PartFlag fixes in The Endgame.

This mod restores the old working files and fixes us. πΉ As of Update 7/26/2024 and date 8/2/2024, they still can't be arsed to fix us officially. π¬ I Want To Believeβ’ that EAxis will officially fix us eventually. I explained the problem and the solution on AHQ. I will "refresh" these files when they do, if they actually modify the files and don't just restore them like I have. It might be a good idea to keep this in your Mods folder permanently now that we know EAxis can screw with us like this. If it happened once, chances are it can happen again.
