uv_0 dictates how textures are projected on the surface of your item. Unlike objects, (almost) all CAS items share the same UV space that is divided into areas by category ( by TS4 developers ). To avoid conflicts with other CAS items, you need to put your UVs and textures in the correct location, using a template as a guide.
For the most part, they are the same within each species. The main difference you should be aware of is the bottom area in humans. It is bigger for the feminine frame. The link below contains 10 templates in two sizes: default and HQ-mod-compatible ( just for your convenience ). It also includes .psd files, if you'd like to edit colors, text, opacity, etc. Alternatively, you can download only what you need from here.
