How may I got about making a Weight Watcher Moodlet?

I have been wondering how I may go about makin a weight watcher. I've seen with the many times you don't pay too much attention to your sims, they tend to shape up. Sims who are lazy tend to gain weight, and sims who are active tend to loose weight, but also gain muscle. I've used roBurky's Fitness Controls and you can reduce or increase how fast this happens. 

But to my point. I wanted to create a moodlet, which in fact identifies how far the weight slider is. Such as if it were on the low end, They would get a moodlet starting with say 60kg/100lbs. If the slider is higher, that number would also increase. 

I saw LavenderMeerkat created this exact mod. But the mod only identifies the fat slider, not the Muscle slider. I infact wanted to go about and create something a bit more detailed. 

Knowing how I must identify them, I see they need info directly from those sliders. So I would have two different moodlets. I dont imagine you can get one single moodlet with the total weight displayed from two different sliders. If that is possible let me know. I'm also thinking you can make this with a trait. Perhaps LavenderMeerkat has it displayed as LM HIDDEN GLOBAL TRAIT. LM probs means LavenderMeerkat. and its a hidden trait.
