Hey Yall, so I haven't found a baby/infant rig/avatar that is the right size so I went ahead and just created my own. There are two versions of the Marvelous designer avatar. One has been smoothed and the other has not. The non smooth one can be smoothed. I added arrangement points to both marvelous designer avatars. The blender rig is for posing.
I hope this posting is alright. I just want to share my rig/avatars in a place where other creators can access it for free for use!
