1, does anyone know if Expansion Packs are available on Amazon the same day they release on EA/Origin

2, Is it exclusively EA gift cards that can be used to buy packs or can you use say Xbox gift cards?

I want this new pack SO bad but I'm majorly cash strapped right now.
