need help i just transfered my old cc from another pc to my new one but now i can't seem to change the colors on my cc and all the other non cc stuff but it seems to work in the building mode however in create a sim this is not the case. how do i change it back to normal? thanks for ur help! like i mean it has only one default color

Hi. Do you mean you cannot switch between swatches of CAS items? Or you don't have sliders to change the color manually inside the game?
If it is the first case, disable all cc and scripts in the settings, restart the game, check if the issue persists. If yes, repair the game in the origin. If no, some cc package is breaking this process. Do the 50-50 method ( you can google for detailed instruction)
