These aren't CC, so may be completely out of place here, but it said modding requests. I thought I'd put it out there and cross my fingers.
#1. A ouija board in game. Can be used to summon ghosts, with a slight chance to summon the grim reaper. Good for halloween.
#2. A nanny, who will cook clean and take care of babies/children
#3. A new lot type that will work with Zerbu's lot mod, called community center
#4. Relationship alterer. Enables more defined relationships. ie. open relationship w/ or w/o jealousy, polygamy, defining sexuality. I want to get in depth with my stories.
#5. A funds mod. Something that would enable you to click on your household funds and actually pull up a list to see where your money has been subtracted and added. This would be helpful for legacy players when our sims buy random things that we didn't tell them to.
#6. Another funds mod. Making it possible for roommates or teens to have their own funds. It seems so unrealistic that a teen doesn't get their own money, and I like the idea of starting over from scratch when the child moves on. It makes it much more realistic.
#7. A TARDIS sculpture. This is just to look at but it could also be a giant lamp.
Honestly, if someone would help teach me, I'd love to learn and make these on my own. Some of these may be too hard, but I feel others are easily possible. (the first funds mod being a simple pop-up menu, and community center shouldn't be crazy).
