ExoticElements3 allows conversions now!!! I converted this set a couple of months ago but pulled it because I was unsure about the TOU, but here it is again!! 
Info can be found in a text document in the download. It's only a bedframe, the mattress by Allisas doesn't come with. |

The endtable and desk is shown in the picture. The diningtable looks essentially the same as the desk, except for the drawer.

Three concrete pots (medium is shown) in concrete texture and 4 different wood shades. The polaroids “on a thread” have 2 swatches, each containing 10 sceneries by eversims. And last, the adorable cactus in a pot. Comes in 40 swatches, 30 of them are sandwich colors by wildlyminiaturesandwich and 10 are in a neutral range. Also contains a slot so you can put seperated plants in it, as pictured.

Chair and table in 8 swatches - white base and 8 wood textures by peacemaker-ic, A tiny bowl in white with blue rim, one rug mesh in 26 swatches, a ceiling lamp in 40 swatches - 30 sandwich colors by wildlyminiaturesandwich and 10 neutrals (x), and last, a sheepskin in light brown and gray (place it on the chair with moveobjects). |
