Think it could be a club thing, or friends/siblings thing. I think club interactions has the ability to buy a secret handshake. If you don't remember any alien parings or abduction births then she's likely not an alien or a hybrid. Alternatively you can look at all the secret traits in MCCC and see if they got any accidental traits of aliens. Could easily be a bug too.
