How do you appeal when a ban has been issued?...I'm not sure what happened but something definitely did. I was on the site last night looking through cc by UN and then today I tried to visit the site but it said my IP was banned and I'm not sure why. I don't spam, I rarely post so I'm not harassing anyone...not sure what I did. Can anyone help? Please and thanks!

Hi sharris8, I checked the site logs, and the last date on which an account was banned was 3/10/2022. That account was reported by several members as a spammer, and it was indeed posting spam links all over the forum. Since then, no accounts have been banned. Your account was registered in 2017, you are posting from it now which you would not be able to do if your account was banned, and there is no reason why your account would be banned. I'm a bit perplexed by the situation. Could you describe in a bit more detail what happened? This may be an incident that I need to report to the host as no one on the admin team banned your account.

orangemittens I have to sign in at a library or somewhere other than my home...as every time I try to enter the site it says I'm banned. Do I need to make a new account or get a new password? I swear I'm not spamming! I don't have anything to spam...I was also told to try using a vpn (those are expensive :-( ) and that would let me be able to enter the site at my home. I'm confused too.

Hi sharris8, can you PM me a screenshot of the message you receive when you try to log in at home? Also, if you're comfortable doing so, could you send me your IP address? I understand if you do not feel comfortable doing that, so please do not feel pressured to do so. If you decide to send it, please use the PM system to send it to me directly rather than posting it here in the forum.

Hi I'm not really sure what's going on I just tried to access sims4studio on my computer and got the message "The owner of this website (sims4studio.com) has banned your IP addressing then lists my IP. Why? Like I'm pretty sure this is the first time I'm even posting anything.
