There don't seem to be any incontinence mods that aren't fetishising the disability, it shouldn't make a sim "flirty" or "embarrassed" to change or use a diaper/nappy. It could maybe work like the toddler nappies do but for all ages? but the disabled person should also be able to change themselves...
i'm not a modder myself, so i'm not sure the easiest way to do this.
I was trying to find a mod for this as being embarrassed by wetting yourself & having to always use the toilet can be triggering & alienating when you're incontinent, there is really no media that normalizes it, & the sims is just not good at disablity in general yk? also, if this request gets filled i'm also gonna send the link to my other incontinent friend who's having a hard time feeling okay about their disability!
