Updated File, Won't Show In Game

So I had a few files that I wanted to update the tags on, for example, making something for hot or cold weather. When I selected the tag, it said something to the effect of this item was created before this option, would you like to update? I said yes, but now they won't show in game. Some items are fine after, but there are quite a few that aren't.

Any ideas? Can this be fixed?
