So, the important part of this particular error message is this part: S4Studio.Data.IO.Package.NotASimsPackageException

One of the things that could cause this message is if you have a file in your Mods folder that has the .package extension, but isn't a Sims 4 package, e.g. if you accidentally managed to download some Sims 2 or Sims 3 CC without realizing it was for the wrong game. However, I checked on the files that are listed in your error message and Google finds TS4 content when I search for them, which mostly ruled out the possibility of it being content for the wrong game. (Sometimes there's a version of a particular item for more than one Sims game.)

Another potential cause of the problem is if the package files are corrupted. That's something that could be caused by the file on the site you downloaded it from being corrupted, but is much more likely to have been caused by a faulty download or something happening to the files after they were already on your hard drive. I downloaded one of the files myself (the first one) and S4S didn't have any problems opening it, so that mostly ruled out a problem with the files that are on the download site itself. (It would still have been possible for some of the files to be corrupt on the filehost and not others, but at least one was demonstrably not, and it's an unlikely possibility anyway -- I just tested it first because it was easy to test and thus rule out.)

The fact that all of the files listed in the error message are from two sets, one of which seems to only be available as a zip of the full set, and the other of which has the option to be downloaded as a full set, initially made me think that you must have just downloaded those two sets recently, and something must have gone wrong with the download. However, I also noticed that all of the filenames in the error message start with ._ and that's kind of a weird thing to do in general, so it would be a really weird thing for two different creators to do. So, on a hunch, I downloaded both zip files, and lo and behold, both of them contain all the regular files but also a __MACOSX folder, which, as that link explains, contains files that are part of something MacOS does, and which MacOS knows not to extract when a Mac user unzips a zip file that was made on a Mac, but which Windows thinks are just ordinary files.

So, your error message is in fact telling the literal truth -- not a single one of those files is a Sims 4 file of any kind, and all of them should be removed from your Mods folder. The actual files for all those Maxis Match undies do not begin with ._ and you will probably be able to find them in your Mods folder too. If you can't find the real files (e.g. if rather than just extracting everything in the zip and accidentally including the MacOS debris in addition to the real files, you instead got crossed up and accidentally extracted only the MacOS debris and not the real files) then you can redownload the sets and extract the zips more carefully.

It's a good idea to be careful about extracting the contents of archives (zip, rar, 7z, etc.) in general when it comes to TS4 CC -- some of them will only contain files you want to put in your Mods folder, but some may also contain files you don't want to put in your Mods folder. Not all of those files will cause noticeable problems, but it's still better to make sure you're only unzipping either a) files you definitely want, or b) files that are easy to clean up later (such as preview images, which can be found and deleted in about two seconds if you sort the folder by file type).

Hello! I did remove the files since the game doesn't let you launch with them inside the mods folder. After reading your reply I also went back and re-installed both sets and the weird thing is I seem to have missed the 'windows' files the first time round and downloaded the Mac ones. I feel like this has to do with the fact I didn't know that ._ would mean a Mac OS file. I am usually very careful and organised with my cc so yeah, glad I can use these files afterall and they're not corrupted. Thank you for your help!

I'm getting those messages too. And I know the files are for Sims 4. This message is coming up from files made from Gorilla on Patreon. =/ I have been getting nothing but issues since I merged files recently.
