Have you double checked that the mods are on? If they are, take the wheelchair package out of the mods folder then put it back in. ::D

If you're trying to extract objects to use with poses in Blender, you have to extract the mesh from the file and then import it into the rig file in Blender. You can extract the object by opening the CC file with the "My Project" button in S4Studio (it opens package files), then you double-click the file you want to extract the mesh from, click the "Mesh" tab, and do "Export mesh". This gives you a Blender file with the mesh.
The mesh/object won't be part of the pose, of course, but you can use it as a guide for where to place the sim(s).
---
If you want to extract EA items for use with poses, you have to clone them first - but you don't have to save the package file it generates. It's enough to save the Blender file with the mesh/object, and maybe a texture file.
---
Of course, this only works if you're trying this with an object that's already for TS4. You can't open TS3 or TS2 files with S4Studio.
