My catalog thumbnails keep coming up with issues, like insisting on keeping an early or even unmodded image of the object, or just getting the swatches mixed up. I've been trying to reset the thumbnails generated to fix this, but it isn't working.
Using Tools > Clear Thumbnail Cache does nothing. And using Content Management > Batch Fixes > Misc > Delete CC Thumbnails doesn't seem to recognize auto-generated thumbnails, and also ends up doing nothing.
I'm not sure if it's related, but S4S also refuses to show the thumbnails after closing and opening it, which the guide says it's supposed to do. Exporting the thumbnail from S4S just give a blank all black image.
Does anyone know the proper way to reset the auto-generated thumbnails?
