Issue with Update CAS CC For All Genders

I ran the batch fix for "Update CAS CC for all genders" but for some reason now most of my CC is missing unless I remove the "feminine/masculine" tag. Under the batch fix backups folder I can't find the backup to that batch fix unfortunately (though my other batch fix backups are there?)

Is there anything I can do to fix it or are the tags broken forever? Any help will be appreciated.
