Using this or this method manually edit the weights so that the legs underneath do not poke out. Switch shading to Solid and you'll see that the mesh is split all type of ways. Remove doubles in 3d view and uv editor. The mesh is vertex painted with the wrong color. It should be 3fff00 for the skirt and 00ff00 for the rest. You should put uvs in the space freed up after you deleted body parts.

But the clothe fly in the game. Did I make a lot of mistakes? Thanks Download blend file it's hard for me, I'm inexperienced.
