Hey! This is my first addition to my brand new Sims 4 Studio! I've been working hard getting prepared for opening! So much went into just getting prepared that I did not get much time to do a lot of content! I hope that changes now. I just returned to the Sims after a long long hiatus. I love building houses and different types of lots as well as recoloring things like paintings (which you will see here). The artwork is mine. I've been doing graphic design for about 20 years. Things I've amassed over the course of all those years will likely go into my creations. This is a recolor of the No. 46 Landscape painting. I hope you like it, enjoy.  |

My first recolor of Soothing Sleeper Double Bed bedding (Base Game) - I'm not completely happy with them, but I'm learning. There are 11 swatches all only use the light colored bed frame. I have not tried to recolor the frame yet, but will do that eventually. All patterns are from free to use fabric swatches. Please feel free to give any advice on cleaning up my recoloring. This is a very interesting recolor! This is a base game item. This it seems to be 2 8x10 pics and 4 5x7's. They have 1 image between them which is cut to fit each frame. The 6 pics together make a beautiful painting. Enjoy! #painting #art #sims4 #Wykkyd #Majestic #recolor |

Optimist's Prime - Lovely 2 bedroom, 2 bath with an large above ground pool with surrounding deck. Nice covered porch on the back for great entertaining. Beautiful breakfast room or sunroom. Covered carport, etched glass sunlight over bathtub in master bath. Superbly landscaped. Fully elegantly furnished! Perfect for a starter or small family. The backyard pool and covered porch are excellent for entertaining guests or simply taking time alone. I used to build houses in Sims2. I had not played Sims2 in a very long time. I recently became ill and have to be on bed rest a lot. I decided to start playing the Sims4 because I loved playing and building and creating in Sims2. I've had a lot of fun relearning building skills and learning some awesome tricks that can be done while building to make some awesome stuff with base game objects!!! No CC, expansions, packs required! I try to keep my builds within the base game frame. But, I'll eventually be posting builds including that stuff as well. Nothing says beautiful more than a pretty colorful Hibiscus Flower Bush! Sims enjoy afternoons in the flower garden as well as those moonlit nights! This is a stand alone recolor of the Maxi's Sunrose Bush. It can be located in Build > Outdoor Plants > Flowers 11 Swatches - 2 new foilage recolors are dispersed throughout randomly. Cost: §33

This adorable little flower bush has a variety of colors as well as a new foliage look! I turned the Rose into a Bachelor Button and gave it all kinds of pretty colors! This is a standalone recolor of the Maxi's Sunrose Bush found in the Build > Outdoor Plants > Flowers area. 20 new colors and 2 additional foliage colors are mix and match on the bushes. Cost: §33
