I used GIMP and S4S to create this. No mesh or dlc is required. It was just an experiment but I ended up really loving how it turned out so I decided to share it with you guys. It's also on my DeviantArt page: JayStarSimmer
I hope you guys enjoy it as much as I do. If you have any advice on techniques to use in GIMP for neat looking textures, please let me know. I'm willing to learn as much as I can.
