Help with adjusting "bonus" and "raise" amounts

I have figured the basics of how to edit values for wages in any career by messing around with already existing mods, but I cannot for the life of me find where the values for the amounts of bonus pay post-promotion or raise pay are located. I keep just looking through the career level files to no avail, anyone have any idea where I can find this?
