after i did a batch fix it messed up all my cc hair and i deleted the batch fix and backup folder thinking that it would go back to normal but it didnt. I used the disallow cc for random and disallow cc for shower. Any help is greatly appreciated.

It shouldn't of broken your cc. What exactly do you mean it messed up your hairs, what happened?

It looks like its in laptop mode but its not. They're really untextured and all have blonde streaks. I would post a picture but idk how to. My graphics are set to ultra and ive updated my drivers and uninstalled and reinstalled the game.

I'm not sure why that would've happened. There should be a backup of your mods in Documents/Sims 4 Studio/Mods, so you can restore your hairs to how they were.
Might be worth trying the batch fix again but I'm not sure how disallowing for random would change the hair shader (sounds like it changed from simglass to simskin)..
