Many many many CC have a distorted arms movement during some animations. I could fix some of them by adjusting bones. When the breast bones cover a much larger area than the limit given by the game the arms go crazy during some animations.
But some other piece of cc I just can't find the cause. Like that one on the video.
What could it be?
I thought the Hair could be the culprit. I fI remove it, the problem is gone.
But if the hair is present with another piece of clothing everything goes okay.

Hi. We'd need to see blend and package files to know for sure

Oh, if the hair is causing it, the creator must have not brought rig back to its initial position or slot rays are somewhat messed up. Open the hair package, Tools - Modding - fix slot rays. If it won't help, export the hair blend file, open it, make rig found in the outliner (top right corner) visible (eye icon next to it ) and selectable (cursor icon). Select it, switch to Pose mode, Pose - Clear transform - All. Save, import back. If this won't help either, please send the download link to that hair ( if there's no adly, if there is, pls pm me the file, i don't have a good antivirus)

I managed to fix it. The broken file was the hair.
Your suggestions didn't work though. I needed to open the package using S4PE and replace all the simgeoms by a default EA hair simgeom then save. Import the original CC meshes using S4Studio and change the shader to simglass (as it was) then save.
