Have you tried recalculating the normals of your meshes in blender? Also if you're using a normal map you might've not exported it correctly but I can't tell without the .package.

How do I recalculate the normals? I made them right in blender, so I didn't need to flip any normals. I used meshes, not planes so didn't have that issue. I created the map myself. Can I send it to you privately? It's a current commission I'm working on.

No don't send it if it's private, just make sure you're correctly exporting it as a .dds with alpha channels and that it's made correctly. For your meshes, i think you should try removing doubles, and then recalculating the normals. Then afterwards, mark flat surfaces as flat/sharp so that they don't become smooth and shade weirdly ingame. Hopefully that should fix your issues.

I put them on another property and they aren't dark anymore. I'm wondering if it's the less lighting on the other property... idk.
