My CAS item was an accessory, but applying it with certain tops and outfits made it disappear. I've been trying to get around that by changing it to a skin detail. It was originally a necklace. I've switched it to a skin detail but now it seems that it won't appear in any circumstance. It takes the sim texture and uses that. I edited the region map to base and layer 0 but it doesn't look like that has any effect. Here's the package file on Mediafire: CAS item

Hi, it may be easier to make your ears either a hat, or try cloning this skindetail and import your texture/mesh into that. I'm not exactly sure how kijiko put a mesh into skin details because I thought you couldn't so I'm not sure what the issue with your package is, but it should work if you clone these and start your .package from that.

I cloned a hat and added the necessary changes, then I switched it to a skin detail and now it works as intended. Thanks.
