I've been browsing around on the forums, but finding the answer i was looking for was not that easy. So I have two qestions
1. In sims 4 studio what are the difference between the cas category Eye color and Eye color (secondary)? Is there any difference at all?
2. I've figured out how to change eye colors from being in the face paint category to be in the normal eye color category. But I see that some of them overrides the ea colors (or other cc eyes I have there) Is there a way I can make sure they don't override each other? I saw somewhere I should change the PrototypeID to 00001D8E (which I have done and finally then they would be the same place the ea eyes was.)
I am mainly changing the location of other people's cc eyes to the category I want them in for personal use only.
Any help would truly be appreciated cuz I really don't want them to ovverride each other :s

I haven't worked on eye colours but everything has some form of ID attached to it, and if a CC directs to the same ID as an EA part then that EA part gets overridden.
You may be able to avoid having to change IDs if you place the new converted CC that is overriding something into the 'Mods' area of the 'Sims 4 Studio' folder (this can be found in Documents in Windows, I am not sure where it is on Mac, though if you are using one of those), if you then open up Sims 4 Studio and choose the 'Add CAS Part Swatch' option under CAS, change the 'Content' option to 'Custom', it should bring up your stuff, if you open them up and hit save it should give you eyes that don't override anything.
