Hello, this might sound curious, but I am searching for the spoon and chopping board mesh. Is there any folder where I can find those general items used by the Sims when cooking etc.? This would be of great help to me, thank you...

Hi, perfidie - You would find those in the, "Debug", area. When you first open S4S - Click on, "Create 3D Mesh" - Then click, "Object". The prog will load up all of the Object files. Now, click the little arrow in the Top Left corner to go back to the Main Screen. Shift+alt+C to bring up the Cheat Console and enter - "buydebug" - click "OK". Now click on, "Object", again. This time when the Objects Load - They will be all DEBUG Objects - Meshes that can be played around with - like your Spoon and Chopping Board.
P.S. - Debug items need a Footprint and a Tuning Number, etc. Try and find a small - similar - Normal Game Object to use to, "SWAP", the Meshes/Textures with. Just grabbing a DEBUG Object, won't make it usable In-Game.

Wow, thank you for your fast answer, it worked! Now I see some items have a yellowish version of them. What is that for?

To be Honest with you - I have never tried to do anything with those Yellow things - no clue...Hahahaha! Please let me know if you find something out.... ;°)
I, "THINK", those are meshes with no Texture Data.
Could probably Unwrap them and Experiment....

I would not recommend using the yellow/green items on the debug list. Many of them appear to be incomplete.
