So I've been truddling away at getting some of the Asian themed items from Sims 3 swapped to Sims 4. Still no doors or windows but I got enough to build a little 1 bedroom 1 bath house :D

Meshed Items - Bed/Chair/Table/TV/Loveseat/Dinner set sculpture/Dresser/Painting/lights ... >.> I think that's everything. Edit to add... and the TV :D
My Pride and joy in this house are the bed and the Paintings. They come in multiple flavours :D
I know this picture of the beds is bad -.- so much sun oy vey!

Packages include the floors/walls/ and outer walls (both with and without the log twistietie)
P.S Lux if you look in here, and you or anyone else wants to yank the mattress off and make the frame a free stander, the wandering mattresses SHOULD fit it just fine without any other modifications I didn't use the mattress that came with the Mesh, I used the one off the Mesh I modified so someone COULD pull it off XD)
