Hello I was wondering, is it possible to make a custom active career that would not override one of the ones that already exists in game?
Or are we limited to rabbithole custom careers?
Thanks Gang

I was just about to post saying it wasn't possible as I haven't seen these, but went and asked a fellow modder first and he said yes, you can. In fact he made one already, but as a college mod. You can see his original here: modthesims.info/d/561030/get-to-college.htmlAnd the new version here that was taken over by another modder: modthesims.info/d/623480/get-to-college-mod-v3.htmlYou can take apart both mods (one for updated files, other for the original creation) and study them to see what he did. He said it's a lot of work though as there are a lot of files to create. If this is your first mod creation I recommend starting with smaller projects first, but if you've been modding for a bit then I say go for it. He does have a script in the mod, but from what I looked at seems to be mostly for interactions, so XML injector should be able to handle the rest for you. You can also create semi-active careers, easily through Mod Constructor, but they work from home from what I understand.

I mean semi-active career.... I tried, but couldn't get the options I have to add I have never made a career with MC4 so can't help. You will need to go to their Discord server for support as well because it's an unrelated program to S4S. I don't think this tutorial covers working from home but it should still help with creating a career.

Anyway thank you so much for your quick reply!
