when i try to save in the flash decompiler it says "cannot write to the file." what did i do wrong?

Hi, after the latest patch the spinning plumbob in the loading screen is broken and just shows a glitchy pattern, do you know how I can fix this for my custom screens? I need a follow up for this.

Does anyone know how to change the texture of the spinning plumbob on the loading screens? Try looking for the images with this tool based on this tutorial instead.

There is another way to try and get the images from jpg to png if you have Microsoft Paint: Open the jpg in paint, then click File. Once you have the image open, then click Save As being sure to save it as a png. I found that this works for me.
