1). The hair goes below head level. Delete rig.001, unfold rig, make head and top selectable ( cursor icon next to eye icon). Select head, duplicate it( Shift D in 3d view, LMB click to confirm the action without moving the cursor), do the same with top, select duplicated top, Shift-select duplicated head, Ctrl j to combine. This will be your source object. Add Data transfer modifier, set the combined mesh as Source object, set the rest like in the pic: Delete the combined mesh, select your hair. Switch to uv_1 map and Edit mode. You will see that there is stretching in the middle. Enable sync, switch to face select, press B, select everything like in the pic. In 3d view disable Limit selection to visible, switch to orthographic ( NUMB5 ) side ( NUMB3 ) view, holding Shift, deselect everything in the front. Disable sync, select vertical vertices, press W and choose Align X, press G X and move them to another side 2). There should be 3 meshgroup in the blend file for the hair to interact with hats properly. If you do not want to create two hat chops, just duplicate your main form twice and assign them different cut numbers;

My hair is actually only the white one, I should've deleted the black hair before sending to you, sorry, the procedure is still the same?
When you said "Delete the combined mesh", you meant the head and the top I just combined? And how do I switch to "Enable sync"? Sorry, I'm very new at this and I'm having difficulties to understand this tutorial :(

What do you mean "the white one"? That's just a different uv map selected. Yes, you combine it to transfer the uv_1 map, after that you no longer need it in the scene Sync is a circled button at the bottom of the second image, before Face select, a cube with a cursor is painted on it

Because you have it selected. You should be adding Data transfer modifier to a mesh that you are transferring a map TO, so your hair

Sorry to bother you, but can I make some more questions? I have 3 doubts:
1. When I clik NUMB5 and NUMB3 is supposed to something happen? Because it didn't happen (apparently, at least):/ 2. When you say to "deselect everything in the front", what's exactly to deselect? 3. How do I "select vertical vertices"?
Thank you sooo much for helping me

1). Num5 and num3 are the numbers on your keyboard on the right side of it, they may be turned off. Try pressing on NumLk or something like this, this button should be somewhere around. When you press it, the view changes. 2). See on the third image ( side of the head where the hair is black) there are selected faces in the front and the back? You only need them selected in the back. So you click on Limit selection to visible button to disable it, press B to activate lasso selection, hold Shift to switch from selecting to deselecting, and deselect everything in the front. 3). The same goes for "vertical vertices". On the picture right next to it a vertical row of vertices selected in the UV editor. Do it the same way by pressing B, LMB-clicking and dragging the mouse to select that whole row
