Hi, I don't know if this is the right thread to mention this, but since tinypic has shut down and photobucket blurs everything beyond recognition, some tutorials and threads are now next to impossible to follow... I know there are more threads like this but these are the ones I've found for now. Is it possible to restore those images somehow? Thank you

Unfortunately, I don't think so. I think the people using photobucket would have to pay to have those images hosted.

If it's possible to obtain the original images then they could always be uploaded to a different host and the links changed on the posts. The problem is getting hold of the original images.

Photobucket seems to be blurring images that are referenced outside of their site, if you go to the second example right-click and open image in a new tab, and shorten the URL to "https://i1302.photobucket.com/albums/ag126/buk_ka/" you can see all the images are unblurred, you can also see the image of the second example on the second page of the album so you can just do this to see the unblurred images, but it can be quite annoying if you have a lot of images that you want to see so I wrote a small user script for tampermonkey (or Greasemonkey if you use firefox), this small script just adds Photobucket as a referer when loading an image from Photobucket, thus making the images unblurred without all the hassle You can get it here, You do need to have tempermonkey or Greasemonkey already installed in your browser

Now to patiently wait for some miracle that someone saved the pics for example 1...
