It look like you need to split the seams on the mesh at the ends of the hair. Did you use "Remove Doubles" on your mesh? If you did, that is causing the problem as the game and studio try to make the ends of the hair look round and curved instead when you do that.

Yees, indeed, I removed the doubles. I saw a girl on YouTube doing that so I did the same :( Can you explain what do you mean by "split the seams on the mesh "? So I can fix this problem? Sorry, I'm new at this. Thank you so much for helping me

I'm not able to get screenshots at the moment but I'll try to explain. In edit mode, along the bottom of the blender window you need to change selection mode from "vertex select" to "edge select". Then go along the bottom edge of your hair mesh and select all of the edges that you want to be crisp and not have smooth shading on them. An edge, if you're not sure, are the solid lines between vertices. When you have them all selected go to the Mesh menu at the bottom of the blender screen, then select Edges and then Edge Split. That should make the ends of your hair mesh sharp again. Just save the blend and import it back to your package and then test it to see if it worked.
