Understanding Inlcuding and Not Including Meshes (Solved!)

Hi! I'm frankenmeshing using two pieces of game cc and a mesh made by someone else.

I'm not wanting to "include the mesh" as per their TOU

I have literally no clue what that means, so if someone could explain what it means and how to do it that would be great ^^
