that is mods like road to fame, the one of the superheroes that I don't remember or even the mc command center or personalized food or all that takes time and head (at least for me)
The easiest to start is to make recolors, recolors with palette, posters, pictures,custom traits,
the easiest if you want to make a recolor is to lower the brightness, contrast not put
and then when you try more trying to make makeup or clayified alpha hairstyles or alpha hair
skinblend, skins, custom eyes sims or custom eyes pets, override, poses, eyebrows
mesh edit
mesh
skin details
face paint...tattoos..
wallpapers
3t4, 2t4, conversions xD
shoes...(like madlen, dallasgirl or mauvemorn)
I think there are only three shoe makers, I don't remember XD anymore
(sometimes mmsims or bedisfull or lemon)
teeth??...presets, sliders?
(and if there are others I don't know)
There are currently many branches until you can do alpha hair mashup like those of simpliciaty and strangersims O.o
knowing how sims4studio works is also important
when you
know any of those things, handle the program and all that
then there you could decide where you want to follow in meshes, recolors, mods etc
If you choose the way of mods you could try to fix a mod of some creator (who believes me that there are outdated mods for sure)
a program at hand: photoshop, gimp and there was one online but I don't remember hehe
